RETURN POLICY

Products can be returned up to 15 days after the date of purchase.  Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser (buyer) and will not be reimbursed by ECC Frames.

Any product returned must be in the same condition as it was when shipped in it's original packaging. 

No refunds will be granted until the items returned have been received, inspected, and found to be in the same condition as when the item was purchased in it's original packaging.

A product restocking fee of 40% of the product total price must be paid by the buyer.  If the buyer is placing a replacement order, the restocking fee will be lowered to 30%.
